Hana Kim
Cello Mentor, Huron
When Hana heard the Haydn Cello Concerto (the first one) for the first time in around 4th grade by chance, she realized she had to play the cello. So in 5th grade, when all of her friends were arguing over which instrument they should play, Hana was the first one to select exactly what she wanted to play. Since then, “cello” has accompanied her life for 7 years.
Outside of school and music, Hana loves being outside (except in spring, where pollen allergies ruins a month of her life every year), playing pickup soccer, and watching Disney movies. As a PPL faculty member, Hana hopes to help enthusiastic musicians find their own unique voice in their musical journey, and never regret picking the cello! |
