Kevin Bruey
Violin Mentor & Operating Officer, Pioneer
Kevin is one of Pioneer's two Operating Officers and a senior violinist in its Symphony Orchestra. During his fifth grade class’ instrument selection process, he initially was set on playing the trumpet, but he was tragically awful at doing so, and so he had to settle for his second choice, the violin. After picking up the violin, though, he quickly garnered a passion for orchestra. Recognizing how outside instruction greatly assisted him in moving upwards through the Pioneer music program, he hopes to help others obtain the same opportunity for upward mobility.
Outside of orchestra, Kevin is a pretty decent pianist, a mild film enthusiast, a mild coffee enthusiast, and a not-so-mild french fry enthusiast, and he plans to pursue a career in public policy or political science. |
