Viola Mentor, Pioneer

Hey, I’m Lulu and I play viola in the Pioneer Symphony Orchestra! I picked up the piano in second grade because my brother was doing it too, but it actually helped me a lot later when I started playing viola in fifth grade. I now mainly play viola, and enjoy it a lot. I was a part of MYSO last year and also played in the Blue Lake Symphony Orchestra for 2 years. I was also section leader of the violas at Slauson. Through my time in these places, I developed skills with the instrument that I hope I can pass on to others. I joined PPL so I can help more people develop an appreciation for music and also hopefully make people better at viola.

​In my free time, I like to volunteer at the library, play mediocre piano, go shopping, and drink bubble tea!
